Get'M App Frequently Asked Questions

We're constantly improving Get'M App based on our Customers' feedback. We make lots of small improvements regularly. However, here's a list of questions on main features that we have on Get'M App.

i. You may find the Get M App for Android on Google play store and the Get M App for iOS at Apple iTunes. You may download the App from the Play store or iTunes and then follow the instructions to install it .

ii. Alternatively, you may download the App from our website. You may scan the QR code, download the URL and follow the instructions for download .

iii. You may also provide your email id and get a ‘Text App link’, which will directly take you to the Play store or iTunes to download the App .

i. After installing the Get M App, click on ‘Register’.

ii. Then, provide your ten-digit Mobile number, First name and Last name and then click on ‘Sign up’ .

iii. The Mobile number you provide will be used by you for logging in to the Get M App .

iv. You will then receive an OTP to the provided Mobile number .

v. Enter the OTP in the OTP verification screen .

vi. The, click on verify and confirm .

vii. You will then become a registered member at Get M .

i. Click on ‘Sign in’ and this will take you to the sign in screen .

ii. Provide your Mobile number and click on sign in .

iii. You will receive OTP for verification .

iv. Enter OTP and click on verify and confirm .

v. You will be signed in to your account at Get M .

Sometimes there may be a delay in receiving the OTP. You may click on the ‘Resend’ code’ to receive the OTP again. Always make sure that you enter the latest received OTP only to get verified .

i. Click on the left menu .

ii. Then, click on ‘Edit profile’ .

iii. You may then fill in the details and then click on the 'right mark' .

iv. Your profile then gets saved .

v. You may always use this option to edit your profile .

Location is your current location that is captured by the Google Maps and then displays as your default location on the home screen .

i. Yes, you may simply click on the ‘Location .

ii. Enter a location in the space provided with autocomplete option for selection .

iii. Your location gets changed .

When you change your location, you will be receiving posts and feeds relating to the location you have selected only .

Click on the left menu pane and select settings. The App will navigate you to your Account settings. Click on the ‘Edit’ option next to ‘Change my Number’. Enter your new phone number there and save .

Yes, you can. Click on the left menu pane and select settings. The App will navigate you to your Account settings. Click on the ‘Edit’ option next to ‘Profile Status’. You can then select ‘deactivate’ .

On the home screen, you will see a ‘Message’ Icon, which also displays the number of unread messages. You may simply click on it and it will navigate to the message section. Click on a particular message to read it .

You will be able to select services you wish to avail within the selected location.

You may always change your location to select a service from your desired location .

These are typically your recent and most frequently searched categories in your Get M App. The option is provided to ease your search and reduce the number of clicks to your favorite destination on the Get M App .

My Searches are subject to change based on the manner of your searches .

‘My Services’ is typically the services, which you wish to offer to others .

i. Click on the ‘+’next to ‘My Services’ .

ii. You will be navigated to ‘Create Service’ screen .

iii. There, you will have to select a ‘Service category’ .

iv. Select a Service name .

v. Enter a title or a name for your Service .

vi. And, enter a location where you prefer to provide your service, with autocomplete selection .

vii. Then, click on ‘Add Service’ .

viii. The Service gets added and listed under ‘My Services’ in your account .

i. Click on ‘Services’ in the home screen .

ii. You will be navigated to a screen, which will list the service categories .

iii. You may select a category. We have provided categories to narrow down your search options so that we can serve you better .

iv. Under a category, you will further find sub-categories, where you can select and find a service you are looking for in and around your location .

v. For your convenience, we have listed most of the Services that people may look for in their daily lives .

Of course, you may want to call the Service provider to get served better. You may use the call option, which is provided for every listed Service provider. Simply click on it to call them .

Yes, you may just click on the ‘Enquiry’ option which is provided for every listed Service provider .

Activity log shows the list of activities performed by you in the App in the pattern of most recent to the oldest. It shows how many minutes ago for the activities that were performed today and the date for that were performed before a day .

My Feeds are the list of Feeds that were posted by you. It shows the date and time of the feed post, along with the content in the post .

When you like a post posted by some other User, you can add it to your favorites and this gets listed under ‘My Saved Posts’ .

Click on the left menu pane and select settings. The App will navigate you to your Account settings. Under the ‘Auto Notifications’, turn on the notifications option for Services .

(i) Click on Get’Biz section on the home screen of GetM App.

(ii) You will be navigated to a screen having the form that needs to be filled by you.

(iii) You need to fill your form with these details – Store name/Business name, Description, Mobile number, Email ID, Website URL and Location.

(iv) After filling the fields, click on ‘Create profile’ and your business profile gets created.

It is a section on Get’Biz, where you can search for GetM Users and add them to your circle. The main purpose of ‘My Circle’ is for you to create a circle or a group of your Customers or leads for your business, and then start promoting your business among them.

You can send messages to your Customers within your circle about different offers, discounts or sale at your store, in order to get them visit your store. The message you send on ‘My Circle’ will be common to all the Customers in your circle.

If you know a person, who is an existing User of GetM, and if you know the mobile number of the person (the User must have registered on GetM with the same mobile number), then, you may just enter the number and click on search. Once you find the User, just click on ‘Add to my circle’. The User will get added and a notification will be sent to the User about the same.

Yes, you may definitely add all your phone contacts to your business circle.

(i) Click on Import from Phone Contacts.

(ii) You will get an alert saying, ‘Allow GetM to access your phone contacts’.

(iii) Click on ‘Allow’

(iv) You will be then shown the complete list of contacts from your phone.

(v) Click on ‘Import’

If the phone contacts are already registered GetM Users, they will get added to your business circle. If they are not already registered GetM Users, they will not get added to your business circle.

Yes, you may definitely add new contacts, who are already not GetM Users.

(i) Click on ‘New Contacts’.

(ii) Enter their name and mobile number.

(iii) Click on ‘Enter’.

The person will be notified with your invitation for joining your Get’Biz circle on GetM. The person will also be notified to install GetM App and then join your circle. When the person registers with GetM and accepts your invitation to join the circle, you will be notified.

By using ‘My Campaign’ on Get’Biz, you may create advertising campaigns for your business.

(i) Go to ‘My Campaign’.

(ii) Click on ‘Start Campaign’.

(iii) Choose your mode of campaign – either Notice or Video.

(iv) Upload an image.

(v) Enter the start date to specify from when your campaign should start.

(vi) Then, enter then end date to specify when your campaign should end.

(vii) Specify a location, gender and age group to indicate to whom the advertisement need to be shown.

(viii) Either choose plan A or plan B to either indicate number of people to whom the ad need to be shown or your ad budget.

(ix) Then, create an order.

i. You will be updated on the status of the campaign in this manner:

ii. Online – Your Ad campaign has been approved and it is live on Get’Money.

iii. Review – Your Ad campaign is under review by the Admin.

Click on the left menu pane and select settings. The App will navigate you to your Account settings. Under the ‘Auto Notifications’, turn on the notifications option for Commbuzz .

i. Click on the ‘+’ sign you find on the introductory screen of Comm’buzz .

ii. Enter a description and then add a location .

iii. Click on ‘Post on Wall’ .

iv. You will then be navigated to the list of feeds, where you can see your Feed that you just added .

Yes, you may like a Feed posted by another User, by simply clicking on the Like option that will be provided under the Feed .

Yes, you may comment on a Feed posted by another User, by clicking on the comment option that will be provided under the Feed .

Yes, you may share a Feed posted by another User, by clicking on the share option that will be provided under the Feed .

'Today's activity' refers to the banners and videos that are available for you to view or watch, answer questions and earn money through Get'Money.

Click on 'Today's activity' and you will be led to the list of activities i.e. videos and banners that are available for watching or viewing. You may click on a particular banner and then click on the' view notice' option. Or you may click on a particular video and then click on the 'play' icon for playing the video.

After viewing the notice or watching the video, click on 'Yes, read the notice' or' Yes, watched the video'. You will be then navigated to the questions, which will be multiple choice and you need to select the answer and proceed.

If you fail to watch the complete video, you will not be able to earn any money on that. To earn money, watch the complete video.

After watching the video, you should answer the questions pertaining to the video, in order to earn money.

In order to earn money for the video or banner watched and earn money on it, you should answer the questions correctly.

'Connections' are other members of Get'M, whom you have added as your connection on Get'M App.

Click on the '+' icon in Connections screen.

You will led to a screen, where you can enter the Get'M ID of the person, whom you want to add as the connection and then click on search option.

Alternatively, you can search for people based on a particular location and then add them as a connection.

Connection requests are the requests you have received from others and you are yet to add them as your connection.

'My Connections' is the list of Connections you have added in Get'Money.

Circle sharing is for sharing a banner or video you watched with the connections, residing within your proximity.

Share now will show you the list of campaigns you watched and answered questions on it correctly. You can click on a particular campaign for sharing it within your circle (people within your locality and who are your connections.

You will be shown the list of connections, with in your proximity and you can click on a particular person, to whom the campaign will get shared.

It means the ad is not relevant to any of your connections or there is no connection, who is residing in your locality or who is a part of your circle.

This is not allowed as the ad would be relevant to a particular locality and it may not be relevant to people from another locality.

My network will show you the list of people, with whom you can share ad campaigns and they are the people within your locality. This list will not include all of your connections.

Your wallet will display the amount earned by you through the activities that were listed on the Get'Money.

The 'Earning History' shows you your wallet balance. It also shows you the amount you have earned through activities, Users, circle sharing and your work for Get'M, separately.

Pay out is the amount that you can withdraw.

Pay out history shows the amount that you had withdrawn previously.

Click on the Payout option and follow the instructions for withdrawing the amount.

Under process is the amount that you have requested for withdrawing and it is yet to get processed and get credited to your bank account.

Click on the Payout option and follow the instructions for withdrawing the amount.

i. Go to ‘My Campaign’ under Get’Money.

ii. Click on ‘+’ icon.

iii. Type a campaign name.

iv. Choose the type – Banner or Video.

v. Upload an image.

vi. Enter the start date to specify from when your campaign should start.

vii. Then, enter then end date to specify when your campaign should end.

viii. Specify a location, gender and age group to indicate to whom the advertisement need to be shown.

ix. Either choose plan A or plan B to either indicate number of people to whom the ad need to be shown or your ad budget.

x. Then, create an order.

i. You will be updated on the status of the campaign in this manner:

ii. Online – Your Ad campaign has been approved and it is live on Get’Money.

iii. Review – Your Ad campaign is under review by the Admin.

iv. Approved – Your Ad campaign has been approved by the Admin.

v. Declined – Your Ad campaign has been reviewed and declined.

vi. Stopped – Your Ad campaign has been stopped.

vii. Completed – Your Ad campaign is complete.

Under each status as mentioned in the answer for question # 2, number of ads with the particular status will be mentioned. By clicking on a number or a status, you will be led to another screen that will show the list of ads with that status.

Here, you will see the complete history of payments you made for the ad campaigns you posted.
